Urban Regeneration

That this House calls upon the Government to put urban regeneration at the heart of its policies; generally supports the recommendations of the Urban Task Force to encourage brownfield development; looks forward to the early publication of the Urban White Paper; and recognises the importance of good design of buildings in helping to rejuvenate communities and tackle inner city social exclusion.
