Iraq And Weapons Of Mass Destruction

EDM number 1112 in 2002-03, proposed by Peter Kilfoyle on 30/04/2003.

That this House, recognising that the principle justification for British involvement in the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq was the latter's alleged possession of, and intention to use, weapons of mass destruction, and given that, to date, no evidence of that country's contemporary capability or intent with regards to such weapons has been found, calls upon the Government to publish in full both the evidence it holds, and its sources, for its assertions used in support of pre-emptive war, in order to pre-empt the charge that this House has been misled by those assertions.

This motion has been signed by a total of 110 MPs, 1 of these signatures have been withdrawn.
