Resolving International Problems

EDM number 1414 in 2003-04, proposed by Teddy Taylor on 29/06/2004.

That this House, while being aware of the controversies relating to the detention of British servicemen in Iran, notes with pleasure that the issues have been entirely resolved following continuing negotiation; and offers its appreciation to the Foreign Office of the United Kingdom and to the Islamic Republic of Iran in establishing such an excellent example of how deep and divisive international problems can be resolved in a positive and constructive manner.

This motion has been signed by a total of 17 MPs.
