Climate Change And Carbon Capture And Storage Technology

That this House welcomes the Prime Minister's initiative taking climate change to the top of the international agenda; agrees with him that the development of technology is one of the key ways to tackle the problem; and calls on the Government to review the UK's regulatory framework and work with industry to promote the urgent development of large scale carbon capture and storage demonstration projects in the UK as an example to the international community.
