Liquidation Of Bcci

EDM number 949 in 2005-06, proposed by Keith Vaz on 03/11/2005.

That this House welcomes the decision of the liquidation of BCCI Deloitte Touche to end their high court action against the Bank of England; regards the proceedings as having been a complete waste of creditors' money; and calls on the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry to meet the liquidators to urge them to bring an end to this liquidation, the longest and most expensive in British insolvency history.

This motion has been signed by a total of 17 MPs.
