FUNDING OF CHILDREN'S PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES

EDM number 1626 in 2006-07, proposed by Bob Spink on 05/06/2007.

That this House welcomes the report Palliative Care Services for Children and Young People in England, published on 17th May 2007; and calls on the Department of Health to put forward a bid to the Treasury as part of the current Comprehensive Spending Review requesting funds specifically targeted to life limited children and their families, and set out a budget showing how that money will be distributed and its spending priorities.
