Royal British Legion Campaign

EDM number 831 in 2006-07, proposed by Timothy Farron on 06/02/2007.

That this House congratulates the British Legion on its campaign to reduce waiting times for occupational therapist assessments; notes that the British Legion has spent over £5 million in the last two years fitting household mobility aids to assist disabled ex-servicemen and women experiencing excessive delays, which in some cases have been up to three years; and calls on the Government to do more to reduce the waiting time for occupational health assessments.

This motion has been signed by a total of 57 MPs.
