That this House condemns the 3 Mobile company, run by Hutchison 3G UK Ltd, for failing to refund money owed by them to a constituent of the right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton, despite acknowledging that they owe this money, and despite months of correspondence with them both by the right hon. Member and his constituent; and warns potential customers to steer clear of this company.
