Petrol Prices (No. 2)

EDM number 2320 in 2007-08, proposed by Philip Davies on 22/10/2008.
Categorised under the topics of Economic situation and Oil, petrol and natural gas.

That this House notes with concern the failure of some supermarkets and petrol companies to follow the lead of Asda and Morrisons and reduce their petrol prices to under £1.00 a litre; further notes that not all supermarkets and petrol companies have a national uniform low price in all towns and cities; and calls on those companies such as Tesco, Sainsbury's and BP to cut their prices immediately to help families cope with the rising cost of living.

This motion has been signed by a total of 30 MPs.
