That this House looks forward to the forthcoming Investment Conference in Northern Ireland; welcomes the fact that people with expertise in the private sector internationally will be in attendance; and expresses the hope that over the next 12 months genuine stability, based on absolute acceptance of the rule of law, and substantial investment into the Northern Ireland economy, will allow Ulster people of all traditions and backgrounds to see tangible benefits from devolution.
