That this House welcomes Tendring District Council's proposal to extend the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to include the southern shore of the River Stour; notes the need for recognised legal protection and stewardship for this important landscape; and calls on Natural England to grant the extension, which is supported by The Forestry Commission, The National Trust and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.
