That this House congratulates the Dairy Council in staging the 2010 Ceremony of the Christmas Cheeses, marking the Ceremony's 51st anniversary, which forms the beginning of the Chelsea Pensioners' traditional Christmas celebrations; further congratulates 81 year old Chelsea Pensioner and former prisoner of war, Patrick Brady, who was given the honour of cutting the cheese at this historic occasion; notes that dairy products are a calcium-rich food for people of all ages which is especially important for older people in order to minimise bone loss; and welcomes the work of the Royal Hospital in ensuring that dairy products play an important role in the diet of the Chelsea Pensioners.
