That this House supports the call by PRS for Music for national busking day in recognition of the importance of busking in developing new performers' careers and in the UK's cultural life; calls on every town and city to designate an official busking site where performers can safely entertain the public; and believes that busking should be allowed within the precincts of the Palace of Westminster on any future national busking day, with all proceeds being donated to charity.
