That this House congratulates the Federation of Small Businesses in Scotland for their initiative in joining with the Scottish Energy Efficiency Office to produce the Energy and Environment SME Toolkit; and believes that the advice on cutting energy, waste, water and transport costs and complying with environmental legislation will be of great benefit to both small and medium sized businesses and also to the environment in Scotland.
