Fife Fares, Not Fair Campaign

EDM number 2173 in 2007-08, proposed by Willie Rennie on 07/10/2008.
Categorised under the topics of Consumers, Environmental protection and Railways.

That this House notes with concern that the cost of travelling by train to and from Fife is often disproportionately more than the cost of train journeys in other parts of Scotland; recognises its continued commitment to the promotion of environmentally-friendly modes of transport; and welcomes the Fife fares, not fair campaign for cheaper train travel.

This motion has been signed by a total of 42 MPs.
