Publication Of The Risk Register On Health And Social Care Bill Reforms

EDM number 86 in 2012-13, proposed by Mike Hancock on 17/05/2012.
Categorised under the topic of Health services.

That this House condemns the Government's decision to veto the ruling by the Information Commissioner to publish the risk register associated with the Health and Social Care Bill reforms; has significant doubts over whether this constitutes an exceptional case as required by the veto; and strongly urges the Government to reverse its decision and release the risk register at the earliest possible stage.

This motion has been signed by a total of 18 MPs.
